Pronative Designs registered as Pronative Digital Inc keeps customer satisfaction its topmost priority. Our client’s satisfaction is our top priority, and we never compromise on that. We try to give you the best experience however if you’re still unsatisfied with the design or service there is a refund policy. We will only accept the refund request on the following conditions:
For Design Projects
- A refund request can be applied within 30 days of the placement of the order.
- A refund cannot be granted once your project moves to round two of alterations.
- Total payment will be refunded to you just 20% of fees will get deducted however if the website is in the development phase only 40% of the design cost will get deducted.
- The customer shall not be eligible for a refund if the part of the project is already finalized.
For Shop Merchandise Products:
- A refund request can be applied within 30 days of the placement of the order.
- Customers will have to send back Product back to Pronative Designs Inc in case of a Refund.
- Total payment will be refunded except for shipping costs if any.
- The customer shall not be eligible for a refund if the Product is damaged or Used.
Refund Process:
To get a refund you need to send an email to finance@pronativedesigns.com along with the reasons, and receipt for why you want a refund.
Pronative Designs Inc reserves the right to allow or disallow refund requests based on the circumstances provided.

Once the return request has been received, we will get back to you within 24 hours, and the return request shall not be moving further if you do not respond to the email within a day.
